Thanksgiving Day
We brought Joey home from the hospital on Thanksgiving Day right around noon. Amy, Scott, Jenny & Adam picked up a fantastic dinner for all of us from Boston Market. Joe turned on the webcam and we shared a little bit of the day with Joe’s mom and the rest of the family out in North Carolina. It was really a fantastic day. We have a lot to be thankful for. Here is our big family picture from the day.

Hospital Stay
Joey had a bit of jaundice (ok, so it sounds like his bilirubin count was actually kind of high) while we were at the hospital so they ordered in the sun lamps. Here he is thinking hard, soaking up the rays and getting his first tan. Like father, like son? Everyone knows that to be successful, you’ve gotta have a tan!

Labor
Monday the 19th Schedule
Well, we are scheduled for Monday the 19th to go to the hospital to have the baby. We are not really sure Sherri will make it that long, it’s Friday now, but we are oh so excited. We are most thankful for all the prayers, and voices of encouragement that we have received.
Jenny and Amy will both be there in the delivery room. The room has wi fi so we will be broadcasting pictures and everything as it happens.. (ok, there will be a slight game delay, we don’t want any nakedness being broadcast).
We have the checklists of everything completed, the bags are all packed, and some are in the car right now. Others are at the standby. Of course we have packed way too much, and will only use like 1/2 of everything, but it’s been fun doing everything.
